Thanks for coming back, nic8.
We have an ongoing investigation where customers unable to advance into the new tax year despite running all payrolls to the final period using the Standard Payroll service. Our engineers are still working together for the permanent fix.
Cases like this, I'd suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and add you to the list of affected users. You can request a callback from our support agent. This way, you won't have to wait on the line.
Here's how:
I've got a link here that provides you with articles about managing your payroll: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/employees-and-payroll/misc/02/uk-employees-and-payroll?l....
Fill me in if you need a hand with running payroll reports or any QBO related. I'll be here to help. Keep safe and healthy.
Hi Nic8
Can we confirm if you are using the Standard payroll and after running the final period for last tax year it will not let you move forward into the new tax year?
Our engineers are currently working on fixing this at the moment. If that is the payroll you are using let us know and we'll add your company to the investigation and contact you as soon as it is resolved.
Hi Emma,
Yes that is correct – we are using Standard Payroll and I cannot run the payroll for April.
I would appreciate it if you could add us to the investigation to get this resolved as soon as possible as I need to sort out Furlough with HMRC as well.
Many thanks
Nic
