I understand the importance of promptly logging into the Workforce. I understand the urgency of getting this fixed. I'll make sure they can sign in to check their paychecks regularly.
Make sure that your employees use a new email in QuickBooks. This way, we can avoid any issues in signing up. I recommend reinviting them if they use old email and are already associated with QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Go to Payroll and select Employees.
- Choose the employee you need to resend the invitation to.
- Click I want to reinvite (employee name) and edit the email address.
- Hit Save and invite.

If the issue persists, I advise chatting with our QuickBooks Workforce support. The agent can review your account setup and provide some troubleshooting steps. They're available Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Greenwich.

- Go to the Help menu and select Search.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter your concern in the field and click Continue.
- Hit Chat and complete the needed information.
