I have sent up payroll and have sent links to my workers one of them has signed up and downloaded the app but its saying now his account is disabled how do I sort it ?

I have sent up payroll and have sent links to my workers one of them has signed up and downloaded the app but its saying now his account is disabled how do I sort it ?

We won't stop working on it until it's resolved. j-a-m. 

 

I understand the importance of promptly logging into the Workforce. I understand the urgency of getting this fixed. I'll make sure they can sign in to check their paychecks regularly.

 

Make sure that your employees use a new email in QuickBooks. This way, we can avoid any issues in signing up. I recommend reinviting them if they use old email and are already associated with QuickBooks.

 

Here's how: 

  

  1.  Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Choose the employee you need to resend the invitation to.
  3. Click I want to reinvite (employee name) and edit the email address.
  4. Hit Save and invite.

If the issue persists, I advise chatting with our QuickBooks Workforce support. The agent can review your account setup and provide some troubleshooting steps. They're available Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Greenwich.

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Search.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your concern in the field and click Continue
  4. Hit Chat and complete the needed information.
