I’m considering switching from QB Online to QB Self-Employed. Will all the data get transferred?

We have another way on how you can transfer some of your data to QuickBooks-Self Employed, userdumi-caza.

At this time, there isn't a direct way to transfer your data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). You'll want to export bank transactions using a .CSV file and import it into QBSE.

To import to QBSE, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Imports.
  3. Select an account and click on the Import older transactions link under Action.
  4. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  5. Click Import.

You can also connect your bank and credit card accounts with QBSE to automatically download bank transactions.

For additional reference, please check this article on how you can track your business income and spending all year: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

Please comment below if you need further assistance with your banking transaction. We're here to keep you going. Have a great day!

@userdumi-caza

You can only migrate bank transactions manually.
