Hi, I desperately need a verification code for my 2020 pro desktop. I have tried calling and just cant seem to get passed the recorded questions. Please can anyone help I am desperate now
I understand how critical it is to get back into your software, Clark.
Please know that Intuit officially discontinued the UK Desktop series last June 2023. Because the product is no longer active, the standard verification and activation servers are no longer operational. This is why the automated phone lines are unable to route you to a manual activation agent. Therefore, the systems required to generate those specific codes have been retired.
In the meantime, I recommend checking your purchase confirmation email or the sticker on your QuickBooks installation CD case for the correct license and product details.

Did you reinstall your QB program on a new machine?
Where is your company located? UK or another country?
I have tried to reinstall on new machine and I have license etc but keeps asking for verification code.
I called the UK for a code and was told to wait 7 - 10 days and we are now on day 8 with nothing.

They won't allow you to reactivate your license. You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2020 as a workaround. You can cotact @Fiat Lux - ASIA directly by email for details.
