For now, only the employee details are transferred over when moving from the Desktop version to QuickBooks Online. If you still have your file in QuickBooks Desktop, you can open it so you can process your P60s.
I'd also recommend reaching out to our phone support so they can help you further with your tax returns. Here's how:
QuickBooks Online
- Go the Help menu and click Contact Us.
- Let them know that you need help with your P60s, then click Let's talk.
- Click Message an agent or Get a callback.
QuickBooks Desktop
- Go the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Let them know that you need help processing your P60s
- Click Continue, then select an option to reach out to them.
