It sounds like you are using the Standard Payroll in which currently you can have a weekly or monthly payroll schedule - you will need to be moved to our Advanced system to run a 4 weekly payroll. You can achieve this by reaching out to our Live Support team through this link: How to get help with QuickBooks. They will be able to raise this to the engineers to get you switched over.
