Is possible to create an additional payroll run QB Online?... Staff paid 29th FPS sent to HMRC but want to pay an additinal bonus.

Hi JD01234 ,

As you can only have one submission for a pay period, if you need to make any amendments to this you will have the rollback the payroll, re-run with the additional bonus, and re-submit as a correction.

To rollback, click on the employees tab and scroll down to 'payroll history' then click into the period and click on the bin icon.

Thanks,

Hi JD01234,

Are you using the QuickBooks Online Payroll or PaySuite? If you are unsure how to check this, when clicking the 'Employees' tab it will say 'powered by PaySuite' in the top left corner.

Thanks,

Talia
