Monthly Payroll Schedule

I have just installed online advanced payroll.

I ran my payroll previously on the desktop version uptil last month.

 

My plan for 2020/2021 , would be (as I would have done in desktop version) Is this monthly (12 payments) pattern : 

 

Period Start to Period End and Pay date

23rd March to 26th April and paydate 30th April

27th April to 24th May and paydate 29th May

25th May to 21st June and paydate 29th June

22nd June to 26th July and paydate 30th July

.........etc

 

Will the software allow this?

Yes, you can actually do it QuickBooks Online, @MrPlunk.

 

I can guide you on how you can create this pay schedule in QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Employees menu and select pay runs.
  2. Click Add a pay run.
  3. Select Monthly in the Pay schedule drop-down.
  4. Enter the rest of the information in the Pay period ending and Date pay run will be paid drop-down.
  5. Click Create.
