If you are outsourcing your payroll then you will have to contact the provider. The payroll systems that we use have deductions and additional payments shown on the payslips.

I spoke to them this morning and they say it doesnt do it!
Would me changing it to salary make any difference or are they just inputing it incorrectly do you think?

They are an accountant with a login to my business, through Qb online. They handle my subscription etc.
Its the basic online payroll software, but they say it cant show additions/ deductions seperately I need the more expensive version.
Looking at the help, it shoud do it but i havent the time to run payroll myself, hence the outsourcing.
If your accountant is using any of the Payroll systems that QuickBooks offer, we currently have three, Paysuite, Standard and Advanced, they all show deductions on the payslips.
If they are using a different software we would be unable to provide you any advice.
