I have a new employee being paid for the first time, and I have calculated the payroll for this month but not paid it. He has just given me his P45, which I have entered, however, it has not changed on this pay run. I have deleted it and started the payrun again, but it still has not changed. Is it possible to change this?
Can we ask which of our payrolls it is you are using?
Is it our standard or advanced payroll?
can you try and delete the pay run again, clear your cache and cookies, close the browser down reload it log in to your account again and then rerun the payroll see if that then resolves your issue.
