payments for annual leave not taken

Hello,

 

We have agreed to make a payment to an employee in lieu of 2 days annual leave not taken. The user is entitled to 25 days AL

How do we make this adjustment correctly in QBO advanced?

Hello Agams, thanks for posting on the Community page. Here are the steps you need to do this in your advanced payroll.

 

1. Go to payroll

2. Click on payroll settings

3. Under pay run settings click on pay categories

4. Click on the green add right-hand side 

5. Name it lieu

6. Save 

7.  Fill in any other information you need 

8. Save

9. You can then run the payroll
