Payroll and HMRC Basic Tool

Hi All

 

I am having problem switching my payroll from HMRC Basic Tool to the one on QBs.

 

As far I can see I have chosen all the right settings but for some reason I get two different Net amount when I run the payroll on both software.. the Tax amounts are different on both.. 

 

btw we are on a Pension NEST system..  and have selected Tax relief.

 

Can anyone see why the two NETs are different?
