When saying "getting nothing" is the report not loading or is the report loading but has no data on? If there's no data check you have not filtered the report to an incorrect date range etc. If the report is not loading at all would you try some trouble shooting steps? Could you Clear your Cache and cookies and let us know how you get on, Please see link if your unsure how to do this.

First payroll done to confirm and submit. Tried 3 different browers and other machine and it does not work. The report you click download and it does nothing no report absolutely nothing happens. I could download this report when I had paysuite but now had to convert I can't. What is wrong?
