I appreciate you sharing with us the steps you’ve performed to resolve the issue. To identify the root cause, I have to view your company.
I don’t want your personal data lying in a public forum for security reasons. I suggest contacting our QBO Care Team since they have tools to check why you’re unable to download the report.
One of our specialists will guide you through the steps on how to fix the issue. Here’s how:
- Go to the Help icon at the top to select the Contact Us link.
- This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
- Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
- Choose any of the following: Chat or Call us.
