Payroll migration

Is anyone else having problems with their payroll migration? I am supposed to be migrating onto advanced payroll and have had 2 chats with the support team and am no further advanced on this.  It should have been done on 7th of April I was then told there was an error with one of my employees and told to roll back to March and correct the information.  The information was in fact correct which i informed the 'back end team of'.  This was on Wednesday.  It is now Friday and i have not heard anything from anyone as a follow up.  I have to do payroll next week and am increasingly worried i will not be able to use Quickbooks to do this.

I can share some insights about your payroll concern in QuickBooks Online. There are reports from other users about the problems when migrating to the Advanced version.

 

Our engineers are finding a solution to get this feature working back to normal. Since you already contacted support last Wednesday, It would be best to contact our QuickBooks Support Team again.

 

One of them will be able to check the existing open ticket and help you further with running payroll. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account
  2. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select the Contact Us option.

Payroll migration

Hi,

 

This has been with your support team for quite a while.  They have not followed up since Wednesday which leads me to believe they are not working on a fix for my migration.  I have had several support chats and have tried calling your support line which has a wait time of one hour.  Having left my number i am still waiting for them to contact me back.  Whilst its great having a chat with you and the messaging team it resolves nothing.  

If it is a problem many users are facing i think Quickbooks should send out an e-mail to its users saying they are having problems but will ensure they come up with a fix.  What are your service level agreements for fixing issues?

Once you contact our QuickBooks Suport, they create a ticket to keep track of your concern. If the resolution is not reached within the call, it will be kept open and they'll contact you back once there is a resolution.

 

If your payroll is near and you still haven't heard back from our support, I recommend contacting them again. They'll be able to assist you in creating the paychecks.

 

Please know that we're doing our best to get this resolved as soon as possible.
