Hi. Is anybody else receiving messages about payroll sync errors? I can see my bank no longer reconciles due to double posting from payroll after the transition to Core Payroll. I tried the online help but it is not working and recommends calling the helpline......but I don't want to waste my time on a phone line.

Yes we have a similar issue. We've now got 2 unresolved payroll sync issues since moving to Core. I don't work standard hours which means it's impossible to get help because you have to contact support during office hours and the online help tells you nothing

AnneMariee - that's fine except that, as mentioned, I don't work standard hours which means it's not particularly easy for me to contact your support team at a time that they are working.
