Thanks for checking in with us, pieter-burger. Let's get this sorted out.
You may want to ensure that the expenditures and payroll are not yet paid, and are dated in the future. If they're entered correctly into QuickBooks but still not showing up, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:
- Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
- Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.
Once signed in, go back to your cash flow planner and check your data from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether.
You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser. Even if this article is for QuickBooks Online US, the same requirements can be applied to your UK account.
I'll be sharing with you the following write-ups below. It contains more details on where the planner gets the information as well as how to make sure your data is accurate:
Track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.
Use the Cash Flow planner to predict future income and expenses.
Feel free to get back to me for follow-up questions about this or if you need other things with QuickBooks. I'll be right here to help. Have a wonderful day!
