Hi Aimen Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. It's not possible to remove the hours and rate (per hour) fields on the pay run for an employee that is salaried. You can however prevent these fields showing on the employee payslip: Select payroll settings from the main payroll page > pay categories > select the relevant pay category/s you use for the employee/s > Hide units on payslip > save.
