Let's perform some steps to get your VAT screen working, doug-sim.
You can try accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private or incognito window. This helps us to check if this is a browser issue or not. Then, go to the VAT page to see if you can see the tax returns in the Returns tab.
If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the browser's cache to delete the temporary Internet files. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browser.
If the problem persists, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.
Here's how:
- Click Help on the top menu.
- Choose Contact us.
- Type can't access tax returns in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose Start a chat to connect with us.
