Hi roy22, thanks for joining this thread - we appreciate there are circumstances in which the current admin may be unable to access the account to transfer ownership. In such cases, we require a request to become the primary admin or contact to be submitted - if you're not already a named user on the account, you can begin by creating an Intuit Account before submitting the request to become PA. All submissions are reviewed within 7-10 days and the requestor will be updated on the status of this throughout via email. 🙇:female_sign:

Despite me making it extremely clear to the business manager when I ordered a block of QB licenses he didn`t bother to change the admin/controller in our pro advisor package.
The result is that I am powerless to make any changes, hand over to other accountants, do anything!!!
I`m extremely unhappy about this situation and have mentioned it a number of times. I bought out my business partner who is actually seriously ill right now.
I`m stuck! Frustrated and fed up. If the accounts manager had listened last August we would have this situation. I have another accountant trying to get access and I am powerless
Is there any update how I can actually take ownership of the licenses that I`m paying for?
I don`t really want to go through chat boxes or anything else. I would really like to be able to write to the team and see what can be done
In the meantime I have an angry accountants firm that need access to the QB license and I am powerless
My ex business partner with whom I am extremely friendly is currently fighting for his life in a Spanish hospital.
I was hoping that bring this matter up might get action? So far not. Surely thee must be a way that QB can reallocate the admin person on licenses??

This is a huge step in the right direction, which has not been mentioned before when I have been in the chat box
Its a real shame that I will have to do this over 50 times because your accounts manager couldn`t be bothered to set it all up properly when I ordered the licenses
Rather than persevere knocking my head against a wall, I shall follow your good advice and request the changeover.
