Let's ensure you can log in to your account on mobile the next time you sign in.
Before anything else, I'd like to know if you're account is QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) or QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If it's QBSE, make sure that you're utilizing the QBSE mobile app when signing in. Because if you use the QBO app, the error "This account does not include access to QuickBooks online" will occur since the credentials are from a different QuickBooks product.
If not, we can perform some troubleshooting steps on your mobile phone. Check out the steps below.
For Android devices:
- Modify your device's Wifi data connection to 4G (varies by device).
- Close and restart the app. Then, clear the app data.
- Once done, power down and restart your device.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Feel free to read this article for more info: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android.
For IOS devices:
- From your phone's settings, select Settings.
- Next, click on General and choose iPhone Storage.
- Select the QBO app. This will free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.
If these don't fix the issue, contact our care team to help you look at the root cause and resolve it.
Also, to learn which QBO mobile app features are supported on mobile devices. Check out this article: Compare mobile app features.
