Why has all my information been wiped

Let's get this checked so you can go back to working order, @goodheat15-iclou.

 

There are possible reasons why your data gets wiped. Here's the following:

 

  • You logged in to a different QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
  • Your bank account was removed or disconnected.
  • Your browser had data issues.

 

To sort it out, you'll want to make sure you're using the correct credentials to your account. If you're using the correct one, let's review your connected bank account. Please know if the bank account gets disconnected, all the data on your QBSE account will be removed as well. If it's the case, you'll need to reconnect it again.

 

However, if you're currently logged in to the correct account, and the bank account is connected, your browser may be causing the issue. Let's try logging in to your QBSE account using a private browser. Press this shortcut key on your keyboard to open a private browser:

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Press Command + Shift + N for Safari

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
