This issue has now been reported to our technical support team and is impacting multiple employees using the workforce portal on QuickBooks Standard Payroll.
We've added you to our investigation with reference INV-100678 so that you will be notified of further updates and resolution by email. As a workaround, please email the employees payslips outside of QBO workforce.
