Hi,
I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this please? Up to 10 days ago I had no problems sending invoices. Now I receive error message "
We couldn’t reach some of your customers. Double check the email address and try again."
Online chat has advised my account is now a priority to be fixed by an engineer. No timescale on this being fixed.
I can send the invoice manually, but as the majority of my clients pay me by card this is not a good option.
Hope someone can help please?
thanks
Ann
Unfortunately Ann this issue has been going on since February. Come on in and join the club :(

Intuit are refusing to give a date when the issue will be fixed. They just keep repeating the same story with copy and paste replies.
Hi Mark and Ann
We sincerely appreciate your frustrations in regards to the issue you're experiencing, the length of time it's taking to resolve the issue and the similar responses you're receiving regarding the resolution.
There have been a number of updates by email providers over the last few months which has resulted in emails from Intuit/QuickBooks not being received. As you're aware our engineers are liaising with the providers to resolve the issue. We, as a social media team, are unaware of the complexities of what is actually causing the issue and we're only informed when the issue actually gets resolved.
We attempt to provide workarounds until the issue is resolved however we appreciate that they maybe slightly more time consuming than sending the emails from your account. In this instance you can either download the invoices as pdf's or use the save and share link option, and send them from your own email provider.
Slightly more time? John you see that's the problem. For the people who send out hundred if not invoices per day it's a HUGE problem.
Anyway, typical zero information response. As I've said multipuls times over the months senior Intuit management need to get a grip and issue some sort of deadline to work towards. There are solutions out there, several have been suggested by actual software engineers who use QBO. But, as with all the other bugs and missing features it's obvious that Intuit have no intention of fixing anything.
Hi
Many of my clients have not been receiving invoices for a couple of months now. I have until April of my tax year, then if this isn't fixed, will be taking my business and money elsewhere for more reliable accounting where I can also actually change the stupid 'hey' message on my invoices which is also totally embarrassing.
QB are managing to make my business look incredibly unprofessional, and that isn't tolerable.
Hi CarmenJW We appreciate your frustrations with the ongoing issue that our engineers are investigating and we also appreciate the length of time it's taking to resolve. In the meantime you can download the invoices as PDF's or use the save and share link within the invoices and send them via your own email provider.
Thanks Mark
I am now looking into changing software
Carmen
