Can someone please help me, I have been sending invoices on a monthly basis to the same email addresses without problems, then last month the invoices are coming up as sent but they are not being recieved by the clients.
I have uninstalled the app and re installed it. I have cleared the cache and data that still hasnt solved the problem
Looks like you’ve fallen into the group which is an ongoing issue which Intuit don’t seem to have the capability or are willing to fix. This has been going on for nearly a year. See the thread below.
Hi emmastuttard-hot We sincerely appreciate your frustrations in regards the issue that you're experiencing. The issue appears to have been caused by updates by email providers and our engineers are liaising with the providers to find a resolution. You can use the workarounds suggested in the link that Mark kindly posted or ask your impacted customers to add no-reply@motification.intuit.com to their email providers white/safe sender list or an easier way would be for your customers to send a blank email to the above address, which should trigger their email domain to recognise this as a save sender.
