We have followed the instruction to the letter to try and connect QB to our CAF Online bank account. Error 103.
My ID, my password and unique word are all correct. I have tried this at least 6 times without success.
A colleague of mine who also has access to the same bank accounts has tried several time too with his ID, password, and unique word, again it comes up with the same message.
Is there are glitch peculiar to CAF Online Bank?
