I'd also feel the same when encountering an error message, @Milo5. Let's have your Accountant access your company file.
An accountant user can't access the client's file for a few possible reasons. It could be that:
- The account has not yet been added to the company file
- The invitation email was not accepted yet
- The Accountant's login is damaged or corrupted
- Browser-related issues
Since you've added your Accountant but have trouble entering the passcode, we can remove their access and reinvite them. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon ⚙, then select Accountant.
- In the Accountant email field, enter your Accountant's email address.
- Click Send invitation.
- Select Text a code to verify your identity. This sends a verification code to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the code in the Verification code field, then select Continue.
If the issue persists, you can let them clear the browser's cache or use an incognito window, depending on your browser.
