We haven't received any update from the HMRC if there are changes on their MTD portal. Intuit automatically updates if there's a need to change in the system.
If you're still unable to submit your VAT return, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support so they can check it for you.
- Click the Help icon.
- Select Contact us.
- Enter unable to submit VAT return, then click Let's talk.
- Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.
Note that our support hours has changed to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. This is due to limited staffing and COVID-19.
