HMRC Service Issues 09/01/2020

Is it true that HMRC launch new portal for MTD? and that's the cause why lot of customer cannot submit VAT Return ?

Hello there, Rex4,

 

We haven't received any update from the HMRC if there are changes on their MTD portal. Intuit automatically updates if there's a  need to change in the system.

 

If you're still unable to submit your VAT return, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support so they can check it for you.

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter unable to submit VAT return, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select from Start messaging or Get a callback.

Note that our support hours has changed to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday. This is due to limited staffing and COVID-19.
