I’ve oaid this month £3.99 and it won’t let me open my account. I have invoices to send tomorrow. How do I get back in

Usually, issues like this can be solved by using a different or private browser. Let's isolate this behavior using a private browser first to check if it'll work.

 

Here are the keys you need to press to switch to private browsing:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the private browser does not show the same behavior, you can continue doing your tasks in your QBSE account. Or, you can go back to your regular browser and clear your cache to get a clean slate for your browser.
