I have sent a User request to my accountant and they have accepted it, but they cannot access any data.
Please advise how I can assist them to view our QB's ?

If they have accepted the invite after the 24 hr expiry window then it may not have initiated their user successfully in the background.
To troubleshoot this, please delete their existing user and re-add them - this will issue them with a new email invitation which they'll need to accept within the allotted time.
