agent issues with QBO app switching between clients

when I download the QBO app on my phone, it will not let me switch between clients. I keep having to uninstall the app and reinstall it in order to view a fifferent client. Is there any work around for this? Am I selecting the wrong app? IT is showing me my list of clients but I can only snap receipts for one client, then I have to uninstall it and reinstall to snap receipts for the next client

I appreciate you for reaching out here for assistance. Since you’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no difference, it would be best to contact our Technical Support team for further assistance. They have the necessary tools that can help check and resolve this switching issue.  


Here’s how:

 

  1. Select the Help menu.
  2. Type in ”Talk to a human.”
  3. Enter your brief concern in the field.
  4. Select or enter Contact a human.
  5. Click the Live Chat/ Call me back option, then choose a way to connect with our representatives.
