I have bumped into wierd problem. QBO Plus UK. Even in the Accountant edition it is same. It's not a browser issue since Test drive is all ok.
Problem is text is centre aligned in some Drop down menus eg All Sales and also Invoice Template (although the actual invoice when printed appears fine.)
Please see attached screenshot.

Hi there, HAM9.
Thank you for posting here in the QuickBooks Community and for sharing the information you've done to resolve the issue.
Can you please provide a screenshot or additional information about the dropdown menus you're referring to? I'd appreciate any further details so I can present accurate information.
Based on the screenshot you've attached, it seems you're using the Airy new template. That's the reason the alignment of your template is aligned in the center. That said, you can use other template designs depending on the style you want. To start with, I suggest editing your template.
Here's how:
For additional information, you can click this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
However, if the issue continues to occur, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team again. They have the tools to pull your account to investigate the cause of the issue.
Please refer to this article on how you can import your custom form style in QuickBooks and how to fix any errors you'll encounter when uploading your form or matching fields: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this. If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help you out.

@ChristieAnn As requested kindly see attached screenshot of drop down menu which appear center alligned (centre alligned as in Excel cells) .
Also, on the template before the Airy template was just fine (properly left alligned) so why suddenly it has misbehaved?
Please advise further.
Hello HAM9, Thanks for the screenshot, Looks like it could be an update the developers are doing on the software and that they now show in the drop-down going down the centre rather than to the one side.
