All my customers have disappeared since software update?
Hi there, Neil. The QuickBooks Online app is always in sync with the one on the web. Since your customers are not appearing on the mobile app.
Ensure your QuickBooks Online application is up to date. If it’s still not showing, I recommend refreshing the app data to clear any stored files that may be causing the problem.
For Android, go to the More(⋮) icon > Settings> RefreshData, then tap Yes.
For iOS, go to Settings> General> iPhoneStorage> QuickBooks Online, then tap OffloadApp.
After that, relaunch the app and log back in. If it still doesn’t show, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure you’re using the latest version.
Once refreshed, your app should sync properly, and your customer list should appear on the mobile.
