Hello Clare19, thanks for posting on the Community page, we have had a look in the system and can see that your case is already escalated with our tier 2 team who are working on getting it resolved for you. The investigation you are on is still on going and soon as there is any updates you will receive an email to inform you. 

 

UPDATE-12/01

This was resolved by the senior tier 2 team who put through an update.

Any users who experience a similar problem please reply to this thread and we'll raise as a new issue.
