We'd be happy to look into the issues that you're experiencing with the mobile app.
Please confirm which operating system (OS) you are using (iOS or Android) and the app version that you have installed.
If you haven't already, please also uninstall and reinstall the app and update your mobile to the latest OS release.

I deleted the app and reinstalled and it is working again (it was iPhone OS)
