are you having problems creating & editing invoices

Thanks for checking in with us, rocso-acc-gmail-.

The behavior you've experienced is probably a browser-related issue. Cache and cookies make the browser easier and faster to use. However, too many of these may affect browsing performance.

Let's run some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem, let's access your QuickBooks Online account via a private browser. This usually resolves any browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P

Once signed in, go back to your invoices, then create and edit them from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

Additionally, you can visit the following write-up: Sales and customers. This will provide you with links on how to manage your company income as well as other sales-related concerns.

If there's anything else I can help you with, please let me know by dropping a comment below. I'm always here to help, rocso-acc-gmail-. Have a lovely week ahead!
