Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Skitter.
Error 350 typically occurs when QuickBooks Online UK requires a refreshed and reauthorized connection due to changes on the bank's side.
I understand you’re looking for the usual way to fix this, but disconnecting and reconnecting the bank can help resolve the Error 350.
Please be assured that disconnecting one account will not affect any other accounts linked to the same bank. Each account is managed individually in QuickBooks. Additionally, disconnecting a bank account will not delete any transactions you've already imported—your previously downloaded transactions will remain safely stored in your QuickBooks Online register.
Here’s how you can resolve Error 350:
- To avoid duplicate transactions when reconnecting, review and categorize transactions currently under the For Review tab to ensure everything is up to date.
- Once done, go to the Banking screen and locate the account with Error 350.
- Choose Edit account info, tick the box to disconnect this account on save, and click Save and close.
- Click the Link account, search for your bank, and follow the prompts to securely reconnect the account.
