Here's how you can reach them:


  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.

For your convenience, here are the support hours for different QuickBooks Online plans:


  1. Plus, Essentials, Simple Start:
  • Monday to Friday: 6 AM to 6 PM PT
  • Saturday: 6 AM to 3 PM PT

Hello and yes, you can speak with someone on the phone.  Go to your product and click on the ?Help>>>then scroll down and click Contact Us>>type in the box 'talk to a human'>>submit>>then you can choose to have us call you, chat, schedule an appointment or go to the community.   Make sure you put a good number to be reached at if you choose get a callback and the system will even tell you about how long it will take before a care agent calls you back.  Hope this helps!
