Go to your product and click on the ?Help>>>then scroll down and click Contact Us>>type in the box 'talk to a human'>>submit>>then you can choose to have us call you, chat, schedule an appointment or go to the community. Make sure you put a good number to be reached at if you choose get a callback and the system will even tell you about how long it will take before a care agent calls you back. Hope this helps!
