Is it a new connection or a reconnection you're trying to do? Are you doing it on the app version or the web version? Have you tried to do the connection on different browsers or in an incognito/private window or cleared your cache and cookies and then tried again? If not can you try this if you have an issue still please get back to us and let us know.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

New connection in web version . Tried in Safari and Chrome and in incognito / private browsing

this has been tried private/incognito browser . I am not happy about paying for a convertor as QB states that it is compatible with Lloyds

Do you already have a third-party open banking connection set up for this account in a different QuickBooks company or other online accounting software? Please note, if the error message appears on the banks site (after being re-directed and entering your bank credentials) we'd need you to contact the bank to check the error.
