I used to be able access the mobile app but now when I log in on my mobile it comes up with a message saying "Looks like your account doesn't include access to the QuickBooks Online mobile app." Any ideas how to solve this?

Just in case anyone else has this issue ( I did! ) there is more than one app depending on the type of account you have. I was trying to use the accountant app when I needed the self employed app

Could you please uninstall/reinstall the app to ensure you have the most up to date version? Once you have done this, please try to login again and let us know if you get the same message.
