Can’t price invoice and says I need to re-subscribe

Apple Mac app - When I go to do a new invoice the print icon is greyed out and I cannot print them. I have tried to log in online and it says i need to re-subscribe and pay the monthly fee but my accountant has said they’ve paid. Are the two things linked and how can I sort this as I need to print?

Welcome to the Community, @Broadoak. I'll extend my hand to help you print your invoices in no time.

 

You should be able to print invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). The system will only ask you to resubscribe if you've accessed a trial or an expired account. If you have multiple accounts, please input the precise credentials during login to open the correct company file. This way, you can create and print your invoices successfully. 

 

If you're getting the same result, I suggest clearing your app or uninstalling and reinstalling it to narrow down the result. You may also contact support to verify your subscription. From there, they can review and investigate the printing issue you're getting.

 

To contact support:

 

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us. For QBSE app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  3. Choose a way to connect with support.
