First of all I had no idea this message would be publicy available. Where does it tell me that my message will not be private?

The Community is a public forum shared by QuickBooks users, when you start a discussion under the 'Other Questions' thread this will create a post for other members to reply to.
I'm unable to see an attachment on your post, could you try sending this again?
