Yes, you can upload and email invoices to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Agnes.
If this feature has stopped working, there are a few common reasons and some steps we can try. Sometimes, a small typo or a wrong email address can cause delivery problems. Let's double-check the email address on the invoice. We can also reset the email connection to help find the issue. Here’s what to do:
- Go to Settings and select Account and settings.
- Go to the Company section and click Edit ✎ in Contact info.
- Clear the Company email field and enter the desired address as is, even if it appears correct. Then, ensure not to use any extra characters or spaces before, within, or after the address you enter.
- Press Save, then Done.
- Send yourself a test transaction.
- If you still do not get the email, try using another email address with a different provider. For example, if you used Gmail before, try Hotmail or Yahoo.

For a large number of invoices, we can upload or import them using a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel). Follow the steps and details in this article: Import multiple invoices at once in QuickBooks Online.
If you followed the steps to prepare your CSV but still cannot import it, the file might be damaged. To fix this, copy your data into a new CSV file, save it, and try importing again.
