Change number of list items on a page

Can you change the number of items that show on a page. For example when in customers it only shows my first 50 customers and then I have to click next to get to the next 50 customers. I would like to see more so I don't have to clicking next especially when I make a change and go back, it takes me back to the first lot of customers so it is taking a lot of time to go through them. Reason I ask is I have transferred over from Sage which hasn't brought over the customer numbers so need to edit each customer account which is long winded and time consuming!

Change number of list items on a page

Hello there, LHarris89. Thank you for choosing QuickBooks.

I can see the importance of working with the existing lists without going back to the first page.

Each page has 1-150 customers, and the next page shows from 151 up to 300. If it's excess of the maximum number of customers (150) for each page, you'll need to click Next to get those customers that are not on the first page.

Since only 50 customers are showing on the first page on your end, you can try performing the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Log in to your account through an incognito window.
  2. If it works fine, let's clear the cache of your main browser. This helps the program to work efficiently.
  3. Also, you can use other compatible browsers.

If you're working on something on the second page, the program will take you back to the first list of customers or items after the changes.

What we can do is utilize the Search field to easily find the customer on the list. You'll only have to enter their name. Please take a look at the sample screenshot below:

This information is also applicable in vendor lists and item lists.

If you have other concerns as you go along with QuickBooks, please don't hesitate to post them here. I'll be around to respond as soon as I can. Take care and stay safe.
