As John Lewis is withdrawing its broadband service and the support for associated email addresses I have had to change my email address. I have been able to change the email I use to log into QuickBooks and have found at least one other place that my email is held in the system. However emails from the QuickBooks Team about changes to the system and the like still go to my old email address. Clicking on the preference centre link in their emails does not allow change of the email address. I have had a couple of long conversations with QuickBooks staff but no resolution.
Any ideas? Others must be having to change their John Lewis or Waitrose email addresses.
