Cis no longer showing

I’m hoping someone can help I’m trying to invoice where we are eligible for CIS deductions, I invoice regularly to this customer and never have any issues and now it isn’t giving me the cis deduction on th invoice:


I’ve made no changes, any help on how to fix? TIa

Thank you I have fried all this and still the same, when I send an invoice it is not giving me the CIS deduction on the invoice therefore the company who we have contracted to are unable to pay us

I appreciate the steps you've done as provided by my peers above to get this working. I'll route you to the right support, and help you with the CIS scheme to QuickBooks Online.


I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the necessary tools such as screen-sharing to check your accounts and further investigate why it's not deducting the CIS on an invoice.


This can be done by clicking the Help icon at the upper right of your account. Then, click Contact Us at the bottom of the panel. Please see the screenshot to serve as your visual guide.

Hello Community users, we just wanted to update this thread. The original issue with CIS not showing was resolved for the original commenter on this post  by turning on the setting for the product service to show, which was turned off. To do this go to settings>account and settings>sales tab>products and services section>show product/service column on sales forms.
