Dashboard not loading in mobile app. Can still work on a desktop, but really need mobile version. Cleared cache, updated phone, uninstalled / reinstalled. Still no joy?

We’ve received reports about some customers seeing a blank dashboard when using the mobile app. Our engineers are finding a solution to get this feature working back to normal.

 

While waiting for the permanent fix, we’ll have to add the company to the notification list. By doing so, we'll be able to ensure you receive email updates regarding the resolution status.

 

Since we prioritize your safety, I suggest contacting our QBO Care Team. They can gather account information in a secure space.

 

Here’s how to reach them:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu to access the Search window.
  2. From there, scroll down to choose the Contact us link.
  3. In another window, type the issue/topic in the field box and hit the Let’s talk button.
  4. Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.

You can reach them within this time: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST.
