Hi all, stopped using QuickBooks 18 months ago & have been using the data only export tool with no problems uploading our historic data to view, until now. When uploading our file it gets about 20% through & then kicks us out, just wondering if this is an us problem or the export tool? It is a fairly large file. Thanks for any advice in advance.
Which QB Desktop year version did you use? 2021 or earlier?

Hi AVCO1 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. Issues with the export tool can usually be resolved by basic troubleshooting on your browser. Thank you for the tips, it would appear we may have an issue with our digital phone system, as when we try to upload the file our phones cut out? Will get back to you when we have contacted our supplier with an update.
