We're aware of knock-on issues caused by the global Microsoft/CrowdStrike outage; namely, exchange rates are not being auto retrieved in QuickBooks (and need to be entered manually).
Additionally, an earlier issue accessing QuickBooks Online Core Payroll caused by the same outage has since been fixed by our team.
