Hey there, @info563. There are reasons why the QuickBooks Online (QBO) application is slow on your device. I'll share them with you and provide you with a fix.
The QBO application should be updated to ensure that it won't keep circling every time you use it. Also, make sure your device is linked to a stable internet connection.
If these aren't the reasons, then we can refresh your app's data to remove errors that cause slow and missing information. The steps will based on what operating system your phone has.
You can use these steps on your iPad and if your phone is an iOS device. Here's how:
- Go to Settings and pick General.
- Click iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online(QBO) app.
- Hit Offload App to free up the storage without deleting its documents and data.
Feel free to follow these steps for Android phones:
- From the Menu ☰ tab, tap More Options ⋮.
- Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Pick YES to confirm.
If the issue persists, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application on your device. This will trigger the system of your phone to see QBO as a new application and operate at its best. For iOS, you may install the app again using this link: QuickBooks Accounting on the App Store.
In the meantime, you can log into your QBO account via the web browser version and verify if your customer is missing by generating the Customer Contact List report. You can also pull up another report based on the other information that went missing in the application.
I'll also share this article to learn which QBO mobile app features are supported on your devices: Compare mobile app features.
